USA (Domestic)

• Shipping via USPS Mail or Fedex estimated delivery 3-7 business days after shipment.  

• We ship to all PO Boxes, Military Addresses, US Territories, Freely Associated States, Possessions, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority and First Class Mail.  We do not ship next business day to any of these locations.

• Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

• We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.   

• Next Business Day Shipping is available. Payments received by 2pm Eastern Time will ship same day for delivery on the next BUSINESS day by 5pm.  Payments received after 2pm eastern time will ship on the next business day.

• No APO, FPO, AE or other Military Addresses for Next Business Day Shipping

• We WILL NOT falsify customs forms by marking items as gifts or reducing the item cost.

• All International shipments are insured.  We insure for the full purchase price so that is what we declare on the customs forms.  WE CAN NOT DECLARE A LOWER VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS FORMS AS THIS AMOUNT IS WHAT THE INSURANCE IS BASED ON.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Payment is due no more than 4 days after you agree to purchase.  Unpaid item disputes are opened automatically after this time. 

• Since auctions are charged a final value fee if an item sells we are forced to file a non paying bidder dispute if we don't receive the payment within those 4 days. Shipping (including international orders) can be checked by clicking on the shipping and payment tab located atop the item description, entering your zip code/selecting country, and selecting quantity.  You do not need to agree to purchase to check shipping.

• If you are having an issue with paying please contact Paypal to sort out technical issues.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY:

•  All Returns will be for refund minus a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping cost.  Items with free shipping will not be refunded the amount it cost us to ship it to you.  You may return any  item for any reason provided it is new, unused and with all original undamaged packaging.  Buyer Pays return Shipping.

• ELASTOGEL products,  mouthguards and mouth guard cases may not be returned.

• To exchange an item please purchase the correct item from us and enclose a copy of the payment with your returning item(s).  We will refund you minus the actual shipping cost of the returned item.  This allows for speedier processing and you receive your new item quickly.  Please do not return items for an exchange without having purchased the correct item.  If you do so we will treat it as a return and assess the 15% restocking fee and actual shipping cost.

• It is recommended that you use delivery confirmation on returning items as proof of mailing and that we have received your return.
