In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.

We will accept any items back for an exchange or refund. All we ask is that the returns are within 14 days of purchase and in the exact same condition as they were sent in. Please email us stating your purchase and reason for the return. Include your invoice number as this will speed up your refund.
