development of building the first large tidal hydroelectric power
facility at Hopewell (Nova Scotia, Canada), a small town that lies
closest to the tidal estuaries of the Petitcodiac and Memramcook Rivers,
"where nature has formed two great natural reservoirs, with the
exception of the dams that must be built to complete them".

minor corner wrinkles, otherwise clean.
