Returns Policy To Return Your Purchase(s): 1. Please print out and complete the returns form from our website: http://www.pro4sport.co.uk/returnsform/p4s_returns_form.pdf 2. Choose an appropriate method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (we recommend taking out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning). 3. Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit. 4. Items returned for a refund may be subject to a £5 re-stocking and Administration fee. NB: We are unable to reimburse any postage incurred unless you are returning faulty goods. If you have cancelled your order and need to return the goods, please see the Your Right To Cancel section. In instances for example where an item is being returned for exchange because the incorrect size has been requested, return costs are met by the buyer and there is a charge for sending out replacement items as indicated on the Returns Form. Pro4Sport want you to feel confident when you shop with us. You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in an unused, saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging with appropriate tags. If the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale Pro4Sport reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods. Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products: • Under garments including, baselayers, sports bras, jock straps and athletic supports; • Garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery); • Goods made to your specification; • CD,DVD or other recording media if their seal is broken; • Publications and Journals, such as magazines etc. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any manufacturers Warranty offered is in addition to the legal rights a consumer already has under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
