Sales tax only applies for IL customers. Placed orders generally take about 7-10 business days for delivery. Some items may ship faster or slower depending shipment location and demand; however, our sales team will be available to help track your order to make sure it reaches you in time.

Payment Policy
Payment must be made before merchandise is shipped. Please inform us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel your order or if you decide that you have made a mistake by ordering. If you received a payment reminder but you have already paid for the tiles, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
Illinois buyers will be charged sales tax on the purchase of mosaics or tiles.
Shipping Policy
Your glass tiles will be shipped to you promptly, within 2-3 business days of our accounting office receiving your payment. Shipment tracking number(s) will be e-mailed to you when these numbers become available to us.
All items include free shipping within the Continental 48 States. To receive a shipping quote for any other location including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, please e-mail us a list of all the items that you would like to purchase and your full street address, then we can calculate the shipping charges and inform you.
Any merchandise orders paid through PayPal e-check will be shipped upon e-check clearance. This usually takes up to one week.
IMPORTANT: You must check through all of the packaging and the product contained therein for any damage prior to accepting and/or signing for receipt of shipment. Kindly inspect the box and contents very carefully to insure that no damage has been sustained by the product during the shipment. Due to the nature of glass and ceramic tiles, breakage can possibly occur during transit, and if it does, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
We thoroughly inspect the product of every order, prior to shipping, to insure that it has no visible signs of damage. In the event that you notice any damage, no matter how small, to the packaging or content, please refuse the shipment. Simply write "refused due to damage" on the delivery receipts. We will contact the carrier and start necessary steps towards a replacement of your merchandise. In most cases, the tiles will make it to you safely and unbroken, it is just that we want to make sure to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
In cases of a "refusal to accept a delivery" other than when damage occurs, the consumer will be charged for the full delivery costs...both ways. The consumer will also be asked to pay for re-delivery in advance. If our items are returned, you need to pay the second time for us to post your new items again.
Warranty and Return Policy
According to the the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has a 7-day cooling off period. Of course, we adhere to this. However, we do not cover return postage...that is, the customer will have to pay to ship the product back to us. Furthermore, the items must be returned in brand new condition and in their original packaging. They must be in sellable condition.
The aim of the cooling-off period is to give consumers an opportunity to examine the goods or services being offered, as they would have when buying in a shop. This means that, as in a shop, you do not have the opportunity of actually using the item. If an item is returned in the above mentioned condition, we will attempt to refund you as soon as possible, however, please note that legally we have up to 30 days to do this.
All Claims or returns requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns must be made to the warehouse from which it came, within 30 days of receiving your item. We can instruct you via phone or e-mail, where to send your returns.
All sales come with a one-year manufacturer defective warranty, from the date you received the items. If something is wrong with your purchase, please give us an exact description of your problem when you write to us, if you can also attach a photo of the item, it would be very helpful for us to identify the problem. Please note that there is no warranty on items that have not been correctly used or installed by a professional. We are unable to cover postage costs for the return of damaged items. We examine every item that we receive in order to ascertain that it is really a case of warranty. If this is the case, it is in our discretion whether we replace the item, repair it, or offer a refund within the warranty period. If an item is sent back to us, and proves not to be a case of defective warranty, then the consumer will be charged with the postal fees both ways as well as the fees for our technical examination of the item.
To expedite your return process, please also provide all of your information and your e-mail address with your returns. There are rarely any of these problems, but just in case, there must be policies to protect us as well as our happy Master Tiles customers.
