Shipping

Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified in this listing. These are estimated shipping times and not guarantees. On the off chance that we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status, we will notify you via e-mail. Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your eBay account and an email will be sent to the e-mail address on file with eBay. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date and valid. Returns We offer a 15 day Standard Return Policy on this product. If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 15 days of receiving it. To set up a return please contact us and our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Replacements
