This rare to find Platform Rocker is extremely rare to find due to the fact that they were heavily used over the years and got beat up and thrown away in the city dump. This 1900-10 quartersawn Oak pressed back Rocker HAS SURVIVED!! (You just do not find these). Please excuse our photo's, we are having trouble with our digital camera. A couple of the brighter pictures show the original finish that you will find. There are pressings everywhere, on the top of the back and below the spindles where the front rolls over and on each side. As it sets in the photo's this is 43" tall, the arms are 25" wide. The seat is 17" wide and 18" front to back.
