Hallmark decided to go “green” starting in 2009 and packed many ornaments in tissue paper, they did away with many plastic inserts and bubble wrap.  

Return Policy: 14 days after buyer receives item. The buyer has 14 days to return the item (buyer pays shipping fees) Refund will be given.  Item must be returned before refund is given. No exceptions
