• All shipments are shipped directly from United States unlike those Hong Kong (actually shipped from China). A majority of our orders will be shipped from our warehouse within the first or second business day (Monday - Friday), please allow 3-10 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to arrive.
• We only ship to the shipping address that you provided during your checkout through our CA system. We are not responsible for any wrong or invalid shipping address.
• Actual transit time might fluctuate. (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)
• We do NOT ship internationally. We will only ship to US continental addresses. NO shipments to PO BOX, Hawaii, Alaska, and Purto Rico.
• We are required by law to charge 9.25% taxes for all orders shipped to California, US.

A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as the items leave our warehouse. We ship within one to two business days with PayPal confirmed address and payment cleared Monday thru Friday Business Days.
