Auction Sales Policy - Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.

All items are picture documented before leaving our store. All pictures are retained as proof that the item has left our location in as described condition. All items are packed in accordance with the carrier and the carrier will sign a Bill Of Lading stating that all items are properly prepared for shipment.
Common carriers will not pay claims for items signed for in good order. Insurance is offered on new items but they must be inspected before signing for it. It is the buyers' responsibility to check the item condition upon receipt before signing for the item.

PICK UPS ARE AVAILABLE FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 9AM TO 6PM.(FLORIDA TAXES WILL APPLY 7.5%)
Dispatch Times - DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF STORAGE SPACE, ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP OR SHIPPING MUST BE ARRANGED FOR 14 DAYS FROM THE AUCTION CLOSE DATE. AFTER THAT TIME, THERE WILL BE A $20.00 PER ITEM, PER DAY STORAGE FEE. AFTER 30 DAYS, THE ITEM IS DEEMED ABANDONED (INCLUDING PAID ITEMS) AND WILL BE RESOLD. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
We normally dispatch your order within 7 days(Mon-Fri Only). Once your order has been sent we will contact you by email with all relevant shipping and tracking information. Freight orders will not be assigned a tracking number until point of pickup
