I usually expect payment within 24 hours of a purchase but do understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances to be considered. Having said that, should this become the case, please contact me by email or telephone so I will at least know when to expect payment.
I normally ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment so please give 10 to 14 business for your purchase to arrive before contacting me in regard to delivery. If there is an issue where you need the item purchased to arrive earlier than this, please contact me and we will work with you to ensure that the item purchased arrives in a timely fashion for whatever you need it for, i.e. a birthday or anniversary.

I do not accept returns usually but do try to make my customers happy.
