| A Handsome Antique Solid Wood Round Table- GREAT FOR BREAKFAST or DINING ROOM This table measures a total height of 30", total width of 44 inches, and weighs about 45 lbs. Most probably ca 1880 American , nice turned pencil post legs. I inherited from my family and notes say it is Walnut. Extension Table with one Leave of about 10 inches(see photo of Leave in place) CONDITION: This table has not been refinished recently,but it has been in my family for over 50 years,and I think it was partially refinished many years ago.The scratches on top can easily be sanded on the top surface Oxilic acid will usually remove any slight water stains IT SHOWS SOME SIGNS OF WEAR.A FEW SCRATCHES OR NICK HERE BUT NOTHING TOO SIGNIFICANT. IT HAS BEEN IN STORAGE SO IT NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING, AND I THINK LIGHT SANDING AND A THIN COAT OF CHERRY WOOD STAIN SEALER WOUL BRING OUT ALL THE BEAUTY OF THE WOOD. It has classical style and craftsmanship.- A lovely table that would accent any decor. It would make a great addition to any home . This is a beautiful antique solid table.
