SHIPPING

First and most important, please make sure that your shipping address is current and correct. The shipping address you have on file with Paypal, is the address your item(s) will be sent to. You are responsible to keep this up to date. I will not be held responsible for any packages sent to an out of date shipping address you have on file. There is NO forwarding requests on my packages. In the event your package does happen to come back to me because it was undeliverable, you will be notified via email. I will only email you once about a returned package. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, your package is considered "abandoned" and your purchase will NOT be refunded. Should this happen and you wish to have your package reshipped to your correct address, you must pay the same shipping rate as you did the first time, in order for me to reship your item(s). You will also not be refunded the shipping fee you paid the first time around, so please be sure your shipping address information is current and correct. Believe it or not, I've had more than a few returned packages in the past for incorrect shipping information.

You will receive a "Notes to Buyer" in your own "my ebay" (somewhere in the order details--however, I do believe ebay generates a message to you to let you know there is an update with your order), with the estimated ship date for your item(s). Please advise yourself with the date listed in that note. You will receive an message automatically generated by eBay/Paypal when I have printed out your shipping label, that will include your shipping confirmation number. This automatically generated message does not reflect your shipping date. The "Notes to Buyer" in your "my ebay" is the correct estimated date. Remember also, that you can view your shipping confirmation number, as well as your estimated shipping date, from your own "My eBay" page as well. It will be listed in the "Notes to Buyer" section.

Depending on your items, I use the following methods of shipping: First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and Media Mail. You can always view the method of shipping in your order details. International orders will also receive "Notes to Buyer" in your own "my ebay", with the estimated shipping date, but will NOT receive a shipping confirmation number. International orders are taken to a live postal worker where a custom form must be filled out and attached to your order. Although a customs form is used, this does not indicate a shipping confirmation number, however I will include the custom forms number in the "Notes to Buyer" section.  I ship Internationally  using USPS's First Class International.  Please be aware that International shipments take longer than shipments made within the US. Expect delays!!

Please be advised, that since I don't hand deliver your item(s) personally to your front door, I cannot control the amount of time it takes to deliver your item(s). Once I drop off your package to the Post Office, the estimated delivery time is in the hands of the Postal Service. Please be aware that First Class can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Parcel Post can sometimes take 4 weeks. And Media mail is by far the slowest and can sometimes take over a month to reach you.

TERMS OF SALE

Paints and/or Sealants need to set and dry before your item(s) can be ready for packaging.
 If you have ordered multiple items from me, allow anywhere between 1-4 more business days.
Most of the time, multiple orders are completed much sooner than the estimated proposed time.
I do not start on your order until payment has fully cleared,
NOT from the date of auction end or purchase,
unless of course payment was made immediately following the close time.
Payments cleared and/or received on a Business day after 3pm Pacific Standard Time,
will be considered cleared on the next Business day.
Payments cleared and/or received on a Friday after 3pm PST and on a weekend
will be considered clear on the following Monday (unless it is a holiday).
