We accept Paypal and payments made at pick-up. All major credit cards are accepted via Paypal. Paypal accepted for CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY.  North Carolina Residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax. All items must be paid for within 5 days of the auction's close. Non-Paying Bidder Alerts are sent after 3 days.

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS PAID THROUGH PAYPAL MUST BE SHIPPED TO A CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS.

Most domestic shipments are sent Fedex Ground.  For large, bulky or heavy items, we only ship Fedex Ground within the continental USA. We can not ship these items to P.O. Boxes. Attn Canada customers:  Please provide your telephone number for the customs forms.  SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ITEMS WHICH COST OVER $225.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  WE NO LONGER SHIP TO FRANCE!! FOR MOST ITEMS THAT WE LIST, WE ARE HAPPY TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY )except for France). PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO UNDERVALUE ANY ITEM - WE WILL PUT THE ACTUAL VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS FORM. ONCE PAID, WE SHIP WITHIN 4 DAYS. AS DELIVERY TIMES VARY AND ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE BIDDING.

All items are packed at our store and include professional packing materials. Our packing fees vary and are designed to cover these costs . LOCAL PICK-UPS: We welcome local pick-ups. Please let us know in advance if you would like to pick-up your item. 7.75% sales tax and a $3.50 handling charge will apply to local pick ups.

Returns

All auction items are sold as is. The majority of items we list are in previously owned and used condtion.  If you are seeking new items in mint condition, please do not bid on items that are stated as being previously owned.  Returns are accepted ONLY if we agree the item was not as described in the listing. Please contact us  to advise us of an item you would like to return within 3 days of receiving it. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

For All Electronics and items we are unable to fully test: these are sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" condition as of the date of sale. Bidders please bid accordingly as returns are not accepted for these items.

Being unaffiliated with a chain or franchise, affords us the flexibility to pay the highest commissions to our customers and provide excellent service to our buyers and sellers.
