Men's Tony Lama Cowboy Boots
Size 9 1/2 EE
Black Cherry
Pre-owned
Style 2996

Description

Men’s Tony Lama Cowboy Boots

Size 9 1/2 EE
Black Cherry
Style #2996

Pre-owned

Light wear overall.

Slight scuffing on heel of right boot.

Left boot has 3 spots on the side cording
where the material has cracked,
showing a lighter color.
This issue is not on the outside part of boot when wearing.

Black shoe polish on this
would probably make these spots
unnoticeable.

Inside of boots look great.
No wear marks.

Normal wear on soles and heels.

Tony Lama served in the U.S. Cavalry as a cobbler to soldiers stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas. Once he completed his tour of service, he decided to stay in the nearby border town of El Paso and continue work as a cobbler, but also begin making cowboy boots. Word quickly spread throughout the Southwest about Tony Lama's Western boots. In 1961, nearly 50 years after the first store opened, the company moved into larger quarters and began making 750 pairs of boots a day. Tony Lama passed away in 1974. His sons and daughters continued his business. The boots are constructed of good quality leather and materials.
