To make your purchase as simple and easy as possible, please refer to the store policies listed below.
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have
two check-out options:
- Check-Out Now! We require payment at the time of purchase for most of the items we sell! Click Pay Now at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is only available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
If you have a special shipping request please e-mail us and we will assist you. If an adjustment is necessary we will either process a refund or additional charge accordingly.
- Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, and we do not require immediate payment, you
will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder.
There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically
send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing or completion of a But It Now. Our message
will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where
you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions
or eBay store. You have 3 (Three) days
from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your
order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking
out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Payment
We accept the following forms of payment.

Sales Tax
For shipments to Georgia addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6% Sales Tax.

Shipping
All orders are shipped fully insured and securely Packaged. Most "in stock" items will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed or paid for after normal business hours will be shipped the next day. We use a variety of shipping methods that are offered by several carriers.
Please note that all orders valued over $100 require a signature for delivery.
Fed-Ex: We use Fed-Ex Services for daily pickups of shipments that cannot be shipped via USPS. We offer all their services, from 'Ground Service' to 'Next Day Air Service' (where available). Our Fed-Ex shipping charges will be noted with each item and they are the exact amount that will be added to your order. Note: Fed-Ex services are all for M-F deliveries. Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge and you must contact us for a quote.
USPS: USPS shipping is offered on most media products. Shipments made to an APO, FPO, or other military address, are NOT possible. A physical US address is required. Please contact us for availability and cost to your destination.
Motor Freight: We use this method of shipping for items that are either excessive in size or in weight, and are only available to the lower 48 States within the continental USA.
International Orders: Shipments to international address are always higher than to US domestic addresses. We use both Fed-Ex and USPS for international orders. Please contact us for availability and cost to your destination. Please contact our Sales Dept. through your eBay account for your special shipping needs, or any additional information that you may require. Please note that you are responsible for all import duties that may apply to your country.
Tracking information, wherever available, will be provided for your review on-line, in your 'My Account' folio. Additionally, you will be notified by email when your order is shipped.
Damaged Shipments: Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit, it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person. Please notify us immediately by contacting us through your eBay account.

Customer Service
We want to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us through your eBay e-mail for a return authorization at:
Please include your name, order number, reason for the return, and the desired action. You may choose:
Exchange - Please include the replacement item name and selection number. (If there is a difference in price the credit card on file will be used to credit or cover the difference.)
Refund - Credit card on file or Paypal will be credited If you choose a refund, upon receipt of the item, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping, handling, and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective.
Returns for any non-defective item with a retail of $50 or greater will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
If you refuse delivery of an order, we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund. If you are missing any parts, please e-mail us through your eBay account to request the missing parts instead of returning the entire order.
During the Holiday Season, we will extend our 14-Day Return Policy to cover any gifts that might be ordered. Orders placed from November 15th through December 24th may be returned until January 31st.
We are committed to providing fast and reliable processing of your order. In order to achieve this goal, we begin processing your order within hours of receiving it. As a result of this, changes to your order including cancellations are in most cases impossible.
If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it outright, please e-mail us through your eBay account. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
