But nobody can expect what will happen on the long way. May you will get a defective one with broken screen, but please trust, it may be caused by rude or careless shipping workers, although we do the best to strengthen the package. Please be kindness to send me an eBay message, let us solve the problem together before leaving bad feedback.

2.   The item is 1 year warranty. 7days money back, 1month replace free, 3months resend free. Over 3 months, the buyer should pay for the both side. No matter what     situation, the return fee must be charged by buyer.

3.   There’s some buyer who regret the transaction after item posting out. Please understand the shipping can’t be refunded if you request to cancel.

4.   The most return problem as we calculated is the WIFI setting. It’s the WIFI setting you can view. WIFI has been tested before shipping.

Before using the WIFI connection, please make sure the you know the SSID (name of the network to which you are going to connect) and security key.

1.     Switch on WIFI function. Click the start button > “setting” > “Control Panel”> “WIFI Configuration”. The WIFI Power Off window will appear.

2.     To find out the status of the WIFI device, double click the connector icon on the menu car, select “Wireless Information”, then the choose screen will appear.

3.     Select your router by clicking the router name in the list.

4.     If the network doesn’t have password, you can click the “Connect” to start the connection. If not, please enter the Password in the “Network Key” box.

5.     After confirming the setting by clicking “OK”, it will go back to “GSP186861” intercface. Click “Connect”.
