The purpose is sharing the reasonable expectations of our business transaction. SPECIAL QUESTIONS/NEEDS---Please contact us before your purchase. Emails, after purchase, go directly to your PERSONAL email account, so please make sure your email address as listed on Ebay is accurate. Ten percent of emails to Ebay users get kicked back and an unknown percent are never opened or read. If your question is not addressed in the listing, we are more than happy to contact you or answer any specific questions you have. Please let us know the best way to contact you. BUYER REQUIREMENTS: 2) You have to be 100% comfortable with any
and everything in my listing: item, delivery, any charges, price,
delivery times or services. If you are not 100% comfortable with all of
these things, please don’t purchase. 4) I can promise you will get the item that is listed or I will pick it up. Mistakes do happen. 5)
I ask that if you feel when you review my listing, you do not believe
you can give me a "five" for each item.....please do not purchase from
my listing. What if there is a problem? 1) I will resolve, if the wrong item is shipped or if there is damage during shipping. 2) I tend to sell items that will have a long shelf life and are durable. 3) Thus, the chance of receiving a damaged product is almost non-existent. 4) Return policy is listed with each item. After that, Buyer must deal with the manufacturer of the item. Within sixty days I can contact the manufacturer on your behalf. 5) Please review email sent after purchase. 6) In the follow-up email that WE send it will give you the time frame to contact if item is not received. How items are shipped: 1) Items are shipped via seller choice unless buyer opts for a specific method...you can choose a specific method under SEE ALL DETAILS or SHIPPING OPTIONS tab at the top. 2) Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States Territories and P.O. Boxes must select the USPS shipping option. Click the see all details tab and it will show the shipping method. 3) Items are shipped to the address that is sent through the PayPal system so adjust that address if necessary PRIOR TO PURCHASE. 4) It is my preference to ship to a BUSINESS ADDRESS as it works out smoother. 5) If you want a speedier option you can contact me direct and if you enclose a phone number the process is more efficient. 6) If it say UPS in most cases it will go FedEx. Ebay does not always have a FedEx option. 7) Ebay limits the number of shipping options, but I have many available. 9) Orders ship out Monday-Friday excluding United States Holidays within the time frame as listed, unless other arrangements are made. 10) If you purchase the item off Ebay you cannot provide your own shipping tag or account number. 11)
You can see the date the item will ship out by looking at the first
available delivery date and subtracting one business day. Foreign Orders: 1) Please email telephone number after purchase to make processing easier. 2) It is against Ebay policy to do anything to change any custom's information. 3) Most International buyers elect to purchase direct. 4) Address must be Pay-Pal protection eligible. 5) Please update telephone number if changed. 6) Buyer is responsible for all importing fees and taxes. . 7) Most of my items will allow you to calculate shipping to any particular country. You can change the country under where you want it shipped. If they system is not working please let me know as I have no problem shipping to your country. 8) A large portion of my orders are from outside the United States as I specialize in getting my items through customs. If you purchase from Ebay, I have to follow their rules. 9) Only about half my foreign orders come from Ebay. Please note that going through Ebay costs you and me more money. 10) The United States Postal Service changed the changed the way I can ship packages.There is no more parcel post service. 11) Most of my listings allow for shipping to your country and the shipping amount is automatically calculated if does not automatically calculate please send me an email as there have been some problems with Ebay's system. 12) I only ship Priority Mail and Express except to Canada where I ship FedEx. I do not ship first class mail. 13) You are responsible that the item can be imported into your country. 14) I
have to insure the item so I cannot declare an item for $20 and say
well it costs $200 to replace if the item is damaged or lost. You are
purchasing the item from me, so if the item is damaged or lost, I am
responsible until the item is delivered. 15) Buyer is responsible if there are restrictions on postal mail such as a strike or work stoppage or reduction. 16) I can ship FedEx, DHL or UPS it just costs more. How I follow up and how this impacts you? 1) After payment is received, I send an email to your email address on file. 2) Even if your listed email address is incorrect or if my email is kicked back this will be the only email attempt that I will make. Please make sure you email address is correct. CLOTHING FOR SALE: I recommend washing, ironing or dry cleaning the item prior to wearing. The items due come from a smoke free environment prior to shipping. I cannot guarantee that the item will not be exposed to smoke during transport. If the item is a picture of the actual item the color may appear different in person due to the lighting and camera used. I only sell top quality stylish clothing that I would wear but due to the size or perhaps having the same item in my closet is the reason for selling. SAME DAY DELIVERY: We offer same day delivery for most items for most areas in all Fifty States.
There
are many different stores that offering different levels of service and
pricing. I feel that I do a better job than most and will
purchase/browse items to see how others advertise, sell and ship their
wares. Answers to FAQ's:
1) If an item is listed as NEW, it was never used and not refurbished. 2) If an item is used it comes with the items listed. 3) I do not sell refurbished items. 4) If you feel that there is something misleading, kindly, let me know. 5) I DO NOT list every possible detail about an item. The listings are true to the best of my knowledge. 6) The item did not sell but you did not relist is it still available? Maybe 7) We have over 10,000 items for Home, Automobile and Business use. 8) If you purchase on Ebay I have to follow their rules, this includes what I can say in my listing. 9) We have telephone support where you can talk with a live person. 10)We do not list display models because it takes too much time answering questions. 11) We can only comment on the items we are selling and not from other sellers or manufacturer even if they are similar. Item Pictures: In most cases they are a manufacturer stock picture. Making an Offer-
We typically do not respond with a counteroffer as that prohibits us
from revising the item while the offer is out. This means for 48 hours
our listing is "frozen" If we do reject your offer we do add comments.
According to Ebay we have 48 hours or the expiration time of the item
to review the offer whichever comes first. Thus if you make an offer
with only a few hours left we may not have time to accept your offer.
With millions of potential buyers everything sells at some point and it
is not our intention to have a protracted discussion on what we will
sell the item for. If the listing allows a best offer and you want the
transaction completed via Ebay please use the Ebay link. Shipping Costs:
Shipping is a loss leader for us. Ebay takes ~15% of the shipping
costs billed to you. Thus if we charge $15 we receive about $12. This
does not factor any time spent to process and pack the order. Quality of Merchandise: In virtually all cases the items I sell are brand new, first quality. Assuming the manufacturer packed everything they will have everything that they are supposed to have. If I sell a used item or an item that is missing something I will put that in the listing. I realize some people have hesitation over internet purchases thus I try to minimize any potential problems or confusion. If the box of an item comes with a handle, the handle may be not be able to support the weight of the box. This is only on the box only not the actual item. The purpose of a box is to protect the item during shipment whether to you or back to the manufacturer. Choosing a seller-- We have had problems buying some of the same merchandise we sell from other sellers. This most likely occurs with sellers with less than 100 sale transactions which is different than 100 transactions where they may have purchased items. We are more than happy to answer any questions to a buyer that provides a telephone number. There are a few sellers if you provide a telephone number they will only email you back. Talking provides greater faith and understanding with regard to both trading partners. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-- Please make you have read the information about Foreign Orders and please send your phone after your purchase. It makes it easier to process.
