Returns

Customer satisfaction is very  important to us.

To make a return or exchange please email our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will need to write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning or exchanging.

All returns and exchanges must be unused, in resaleable condition, unless there is a printing defect.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

There are no additional shipping charges in the case of defective merchandise or an error on our part.

Once we've received your return it takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the credit to be reflected on your charge account.

If you paid with a check, we will issue a check to your billing address. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the check to arrive.

There is a 15% Restocking Fee applied to all returns.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

There are no restocking fees or additional shipping charges in the case of our error or a manufacturer's defect.

There is a $5.00 Cancellation fee should you wish to cancel your order after you have bid on eBay.
