Imagine covering yourself with a sugar scrub and feeling absolutely delicious with a fragrance of your choice.

Although the thought of sugar sounds Yummy, this product is not to eat as it is designed for body therapy.

Our scrubs are all natural and blended with jojoba oil, almond oil, avocado oil, fractionated coconut oil and grape seed oil.

This scrub is lavishly enriching and is filled with vitamins and minerals that will enhance the look and feel of your skin.

This terrific blend will exfoliate and soften your skin at the same time. This is actually a dual purpose product providing nutrients to your skin while removing the dry skin cells that cling to the body. Cleansing and moisturizing at the same time offers you a better product then what you would receive at most spas.

 You can head to a spa for an exorbitant price for an all-over body scrub, or you can spend a fraction here on our product with the added advantage of being in the privacy of your own home This will prolong the relaxation of the process.. All you need is a nice, warm bath.

1.     Sugar is gentle on the skin. If you have super sensitive skin, you might opt for a dark brown sugar scrub that we also have available.

2.     Now onto the bath itself. I find scrubs work best on dry skin. Step into a bath tub and put on your loofah mitts or bath mitts. They really scrub your skin well. If you don't have a bath mitt, don't worry, you can use your hands.

3.     Take a spoonful of the mixture into your palms or your gloves and then rub the mixture all over your body in a circular motion. For tougher areas such as the knees, soles and elbows, spend extra scrubbing time or cut a lemon in half and place the scrub on the halves, scrubbing soles of your feet, elbows and knees with the lemon. On places like the face, chest, neck, and stomach, where the skin is thinner, take it easy with the scrubbing and instead use a washcloth to exfoliate.

4.     Once the entire body is scrubbed well, rinse thoroughly.

5.     Pat your skin dry. You will feel totally clean and fresh. The sugar will have exfoliated your skin nicely with the help of the loofah and the oils will leave skin soft and moisturized. You will not need a follow up moisturizer as the oil will leave your skin velvty and soft.

6.     Please place a slip proof mat in the tub or shower to prevent slipping from the oil. The only bad part about this scrub is the oil can build up on the bathtub bottom. Make sure to clean it up so the next person who gets in doesn't slip.

What's the difference between the salt & sugar scrubs?

The salt and sugars crystals are a slightly different size, so the salt feels a bit "scrubbier" while the sugar is a bit gentler. Sea salts are naturally purifying, so you get some extra cleansing with the salt - HOWEVER, if you have any scrapes, scratches, or rashes, the salt WILL sting. Sugar is non-stinging and just a wee bit gentler, and therefore recommended for irritated or sensitive skin.

Can I use them on my face?

We've seen other places that recommend you don't use these on your face, but frankly we're not sure why. The lovely natural oils are great for your face - certainly better than a lot of preservative-laden commercial facial scrubs!

Sugar scrubs may be a bit better for delicate facial skin, but then again, some love the salt scrub on their face...so we'll just say, use your own judgment and try whichever kind you like!

Why would I want to use a scrub?

They're exfoliating, and very moisturizing (we're not sure how we got through dry weather for all those years without these scrubs!). They can be very healing for people with skin conditions such as psoriasis or they can be good for kids too - a 7 year old granddaughter and 18 year old granddaughter both love these in the winter when their delicate skin gets dried out.

Guys love them for their hands (and they'll snitch them and start to use them all over when you're not looking...trust us, we hear that all the time!) and they are absolutely wonderful as a foot scrub (make a big tub of hot water for your feet, scrub with the fragrance of your choice).
