Recommended daily intake and how to use
The recommended daily intake that we recommend, is one heaped scoop (100mg) this can be mixed into water and drank, or however else you want it. It may be best to start off with smaller doses, and work your way up if required. If 100% accurate doses are needed, measuring scales may be needed. Please do not over do it. For example, if it breaksdown too much fat, you could become skinny. Fat is needed for alot of functions, so best not to burn it all.
We do not recommend you take this supplement as a solution to your weight loss. We would much prefer it if you got to the cause of why you are over weight (if you are). Being over weight runs you the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. If you are over weight, we recommend first you sort your diet out (no junk food, fizzy drinks etc), do a bowel clean - so that you absorb nutrients correctly, and dont feel the need to over eat - and start doing high intensity interval trainings, 3 times a week, for 20 mins each session. Then, if you want assistance, these supplements could be used for a sort term. They will not be needed however, if you get these point above right.
