If you desire to have your item sent out by EXPRESS DELIVERY (UPS or USPS), you may do so (for extra charge) by CONTACTING US BEFORE WINNING THE AUCTION OR WITHIN 4 HOURS OF WINNING AND PAYING FOR THE AUTION ITEM.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGOUS 48 STATES OF USA.

All Orders outside of the Contiguous 48 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA IN ADDITION TO THE QUOTED EBAY SHIPPING CHARGE, EVEN IF EBAY SHIPPING CHARGE IS STATED AS “FREE".

DELIVERY TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER

In reality, EVERY ITEM shipped out of our warehouse is SCANNED by UPS, USPS AND MOM shippers. So every package has some kind of tracking number. BUT...DON'T ASSUME THAT YOU CAN TRACK THE DELIVERY PROGRESS OF EVERY ITEM THAT YOU ORDER.

UPS TRACKING

UPS has Progressive Delivery Tracking. If your order is shipped by UPS, you will receive an E-Mail with your Tracking Number within 12 hours of your item being picked up by UPS. You can Track Your Order online at: www.ups.com

USPS(United States Postal Service) TRACKING

USPS does NOT have Progressive Delivery Tracking. But they DO offer DELIVERY CONFIRMATION Tracking-giving you the Date & Time of when your order was delivered.

You can request Delivery Confirmation for Nat'l. and Intern'l. Orders for an extra service fee by contacting us by E-Mail within 4 Hours after winning item(s) on EBay.

M.O.M TRACKING

Mail On the Move(MOM) has Progressive Delivery Tracking...BUT...they can sometimes be slow in uploading information for Customer Tracking, so you will need to exercise some patience. They do have very efficient delivery service.


Multiple Items Won in Same Auction

MyHearGear offers Reduced Shipping Charges on Multiple Items won on the same day.

If you purchased IDENTICAL multiple items , your shipping cost for each additional, identical item is stated in the Auction Shipping Description. If you have won DIFFERENT multiple items, the Reduced Shipping Cost will Show on your E-Bay Invoice sent to you.

INSURANCE

If you desire to INSURE the shipment of your item (at extra cost) you may do so by CONTACTING US BEFORE YOU WIN THE AUCTION OR WITHIN 4 HOURS AFTER WINNING AUCTION AND MAKING PAYMENT.


Items Damaged in Shipping

If an item arrives to you you in damaged condition, you MUST notify MyHearGear(by e-mail) within 24 hours of receiving the item......Customerservice@MyHearGear.com

Report the damage immediately to the the Shipping Carrier( UPS or U.S. Post Service). ***IMPORTANT- The damaged item AND the Packing Material & Accessories MUST BE RETAINED until the matter is solved with the Shipping Carrier. We will do everything we can to help you through this process.

***Once you receive an RMA # , you have 14 DAYS to return the item to us. If you receive an RMA # and later decide not to return the product, please let us know ASAP so we can take if off our RETURN system.

REFUNDS

To receive a Full Merchandise Refund, items must be in as-new, resalable condition and in their original box with all packing accessories, instructions, and warranties. Note: As a Precaution, you may want to purchase shipping insurance-because MyHearGear cannot be held responsible and will not be held liable for damages incurred during the return shipment of an item.

Items NOT Included in this Policy are Books, CD's, Videotapes, DVD's, Computers, or Computer Software. Once opened, they are NOT RETURNABLE unless found to be defective (and then they may only be exchanged for the SAME item and title).

Shipping and Handling Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the item is defective(and has been verified as defective by MyHearGear upon return).

Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition(inspected & approved by our warehouse), A Refund for the Full Price of the item (less original and return shipping charges) will be sent to your PayPal account.
