RETURN POLICY
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain instantly online by sending an email at rma@a1compras.com. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
The serial number of your return must match the serial number that was shipped to you. Serial numbers that do not match will be returned.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Undeliverable or refused shipments will incur a fee of $10.
If a refund is requested within the allotted time frame, we will refund your account for the current selling price, if lower.
A1COMPRAS is not responsible for any damage that our components may have caused. |
