This auction is for one 2010 Used 1.5 Ton FHP Water Source Geothermal Heat Pump Central A/C Unit. Models-- ES018-1VTC  (Water Cooled). THEY ARE ALL IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION. These units were barely used; they were installed in a residential complex in 2010 and removed in early 2011 due to an engineering miscalculation. THESE UNITS WERE IN USE FOR LESS THAN A YEAR!!!!! These units are Super High Efficiency--16 EER on a closed loop and 27 EER at a supply water temp between 50-59 F on a Ground open loop and they also have the new R-410A refrigerant. Additionally, they  have a variable speed motor for humidity control.
