See Above any other measurements don't hesitate to ask :)
Some items are larger than our mannequin & may have been
pinned to show ideal fit. Always check measurements before
bidding as there can be variations between standard sizes and
brands. Measurements are taken flat, un-stretched and then doubled.
Any Questions
We answer questions from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Our
auctions usually finish at the weekend. If you are watching
an item or have any questions about it please do not hesitate
to send us a message during the week. All queries are welcome,
we don't want you to miss out on something because you
were unsure of something in the description. We are standing
by with tape measures and a scrutinizing eye to check any
piece you are interested in, we’ll get back to you ASAP.
If you have purchased a garment and have concerns after
receiving it please contact us before leaving feedback. We
strive to remedy every situation individually to your satisfaction.
Terms of Sale
As this is a vintage item there may be some minimal wear
consistent with the age of the item, Imperfections are
described as accurately as possible at the time of listing.
Always read descriptions carefully before bidding. There may be
occasionally be some minor marks or holes that are overlooked
so please keep this in mind when considering. We are happy to
further check over items individually upon request. We want to
ensure you can be confident about the condition of the item you
are purchasing. Immediate payment is preferred. Payments should
be made within 3 days of auctions end. (Unless another agreement
has been made with seller). All payment must be made
through PayPal. If you are having trouble making a payment or will
be late making payment please let us know as soon as possible.
Unpaid item cases will be opened after 7 days if there has been no
correspondence to indicate payment will be made.
Post
All UK post is sent 1st class. We ship worldwide. All international post
is
sent 1st Class Signed For. We aim to post your item within 2 days
of auctions end (once payment is received). For combined postage
please contact us directly. We weigh all items upon request to check
if we can offer combined and reduce your postage cost.
All our sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are issued in exceptional
circumstances. If you are unhappy with an item please contact us
immediately as we really want to ensure you are happy with your
purchase from the first enquiry until it arrives at your door.
Rep. Ireland - Items are sent recorded via Fastway couriers.
Europe - Items are sent recored via Royal Mail International Recorded.
Rest Of World - Items are sent recored via Royal Mail International Recorded.
Buyers Please Note
eBay auctions are not covered under The Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000 & thus we are not required to offer a refund.
However we do accept returns under certain circumstances so please
contact us directly for more information if you wish to return something
to us.
