Sound for Sound:

Soprano Vintage: Pure Bell tone treble harmonic and charming. This is truly the ukulele in every way, designed for anyone at any age to enjoy.

Soprano: Thick and resonant for a soprano uke. The modernized soprano is a deep and balance tone with loads of complex wood character.Pineapple: Warm and sweet tone. The pineapple is a favorite for the real hawaiian experience. The rounded body has a very mellow sound and the larger sound board area has a distinctly full tone.Concert: The Concert Kamoa (12 to the body) has more sustain than any of the sopranos yet maintains the iconic ukulele tonality only achievable on a small instrument and string length. The additional size and girth give this instrument a punchy sound that is a real treat to play.Grand Concert: The grand concert is a longer string length than the concert and shorter than the Tenor. This specialty size (full dreadnaught shape 14 frets to body) has a big bottom end and maintains the sweet treble that is the spirit of the ukulele Tenor: The Kamoa Tenor is one of the biggest fullest sounds available in the ukulele world. The tenor ukulele is the preferred ukulele size for stage performance and for the cross over guitar player. The longer string length provides loads of sustain, projection and richness that the smaller sizes are incapable of wielding.




If the item is listed with FREE “Standard Shipping” it means FedEx Home Delivery for Musical Instruments and USPS First Class for smaller items and it only applies to the lower 48 continental states. International and other US customers may inquire for quotes and shipping options. 

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes (only USPS does). For items that we advertise with standard shipping (FedEx), the item must ship to a physical street address. Buyers using Paypal MUST have a physical street address as the ship-to address and it MUST appear in the shipping details of the Paypal receipt that we receive. No exceptions.

Note that ebay and Paypal policy mandates that we require a signature on all items of $250 or more to be eligible for “seller protection”. This is for the seller’s protection, as well as the protection of the buyer’s merchandise. Most of our items ship via FedEx now and they make 3 delivery attempts, including typical Saturday “home delivery”. They do not make Monday “home deliveries”. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be available to sign for and receive the package for delivery or to contact the shipper to arrange a pickup at a local center or to make other arrangement with the shipper, if possible. The number for FedEx is 1-800-463-3339. Also based on Paypal policy, we must ship to the address in the shipping details of the Paypal invoice we receive for the item purchase. We cannot ship to a secondary or gift address, unless it has been added to the Paypal account and selected before payment is made for an item.

Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories are not eligible for “Standard Shipping” rates. Customers from those locations and Alaska must inquire for a shipping quote before initiating a purchase. Also, buyers with certain government and/or military (APO/FPO, etc.) addresses are NOT eligible for lower 48 US shipping rates and need to inquire for a shipping quote before initiating a purchase.

Seller reserves the right to use alternate mode of shipping (USPS, FedEx, etc.) at seller's discretion.
