Shipment
All Canadian orders may have additional custom duty fees required by
your government. Please contact your local Canadian Customs office
for details.
All of our shipping
costs are calculated and based on UPS ground shipping and
usually go out within 2 to 3 business days.
Damage
All of our products
are inspected for any possible damage before they are shipped. If
for some reason you receive your product damaged in any way, it was
caused by the shipping company during transit and we cannot control
this. Please inspect your order before signing for it. If you find
any damages, refuse to sign for it and notify us immediately so we
can put a claim in for it. We will then resend you a replacement by
the next business day. We do not do International shipping except to
Canada with any of our products.
Refunds
REFUNDS are given as
money back as we are committed to customer satisfaction and our
mission is to please. You must notify us two (2)
days of receipt of the item and the item must be returned in seven
(7) days. Item must be in its original
condition, not worn or altered. Your refund will
be for the full purchase price, minus a 20% restocking and listing
fee and you will be responsible for the shipping.
Please contact me first as to why you want to return the
item. Sorry, no International refunds, sales are
final.
