• We process and ship orders Mon – Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.

• Fast Service for Free Holiday season sales, averge package received in 4 business days.

• We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Protectorates (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.) by USPS Parcel Post (15 days or more) with additional $40 charge.

• We will not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

• Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

• We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

• If you request to exchange or return an item, under any circumstances, you will need to contact us within 7 days via email and obtain a RMA number, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Additionally, any broker fee, customer duty, and our shipping charge are non-refundable. By biding on this listing, you agree to this policy.

Payments and Refund Policies

• Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the delivery date.

• In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

• Unless the item is defective and we are unable to resolve the issues, there will be 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for return item.
