THE CSR MAX FEATURES ALL ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION SO IT WON'T RUST, FITS MOST BIKES & WON'T DAMAGE THE BIKE FRAME. IT MOUNTS TO SEAT POSTS MEASURING 25 - 31.8 mm AND CAN CARRY A SURFBOARD UP TO 10' LONG. THE RACK IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE ON LIGHTWEIGHT SEAT POSTS SUCH AS CARBON FIBER, TITANIUM OR THIN WALL ALUMINUM.
