Up for auction is a 1940's Marx Dollhouse with Disney Nursery. Disney copyright is on the wall of the nursery under the bookcase. The house has been well loved and there are some scratches and a few dark spots on the floor of the garage. There is also a small light spot on the floor of the living room (see pictures).
Furniture is original to the house and most of it is in excellent condition. Exceptions have been noted below.
Furniture includes:
Living Room: red sofa and chair, blue piano and bench (leg missing on bench), brown china hutch
Kitchen: White refrigerator, sink/stove combo, table and chair
Nursery: pink playpen, potty chair, crib and Disney crib (Disney crib has broken leg but still stands)
Master bedroom: Yellow bed (chip in footboard), nightstand, slipper chair, chest of drawers and dresser
Bathroom: white tub, commode, and sink
Patio: yellow chair and table
Garage: yellow washer
