dates for this reservation are fixed, and the dates cannot be changed.
The images depicted are stock photos of the resort, and are NOT the
actual condo for rent. The specific rooms are not assigned until
check-in, and the view will not be determined until check-in, unless
otherwise stated in the listing. There are NO REFUNDS! Please provide the name to be placed on the reservation upon payment.
Guest confirmations and all needed documentation and directions will be
e-mailed within 5-7 business days of receiving payment.
Your
winning bid includes the condo rental. No timeshare presentation is
required. A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this
resort. NO Pets. A credit card impression will be taken at check-in for
incidentals. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on the beginning date listed;
check-out is 10:00 a.m. on the ending date listed. As with most timeshare units, there is no maid service. The resort may offer arrangements for maid service for a fee.

auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider
and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this
auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I
also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government
fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be
absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases
associated with booking the travel within this listing."
Payment- Full
payment is due within 5 day of auction's end. Payments can be made by
way of PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards.
