We will accept returns on NEW clothing items and accessories, for any reason, within 14 days of buyer receipt. Buyer must contact us through Ebay for return instructions and an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA, or contact for a return after 14 days of receipt is subject to a 10% restock fee. All tags/packaging MUST be attached for a refund and the item not worn or used. Buyer will pay return shipping, and we are not responsible for return items which may become lost in the mail. We inspect all of our merchandise CAREFULLY before listing and mailing, so you can be assured of receiving quality items with no defects.
All clothing is listed according to the size on the tags, but measurements can vary with each manufacturer. We will try to state in the listings if an item appears to run large or small, but once mailed, we CANNOT exchange items for a smaller or larger size due to availability, item will need to be returned for a refund. Please remember that we are not responsible for the USPS delivery times, especially during peak times and/or holidays regardless of the delivery date that Ebay estimates. If you have any concerns, please check the postmark date on your package, and also check the tracking confirmation you will receive when your purchase mails.
