Brand New 5' x 10' CARGOMAXXX Utility Trailer. Please note these trailers are manufactured in Shippenville, Pennsylvania. These are not home built trailers. We prefer customers to pick up the trailer from our factory to avoid shipping charges and other fees. All CARGOMAXXX Trailers come complete with a Certificate of Origin and VIN Tag. The Certificate of Origin will be titled in the buyers name after purchase. Buyer is reponsible for any Tax, Title Fees, Insuraces if required, and any additional fees from the state of registration and title.

The CARGOMAXXX Warranty
CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.) warrants that its product will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of seven (7) years. The warranty period starts the day of purchase by the original owner. A copy of the warranty, signed by the dealer and purchaser, must be returned by the selling dealer to CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.), within fourteen days of the purchase of the trailer. Failure to meet this condition will cause the warranty to be null and void. In the event that any unit proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal use, and such unit is returned to CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.) in Shippenville, Pennsylvania, and under their inspection is determined to have been defective, the unit will be repaired without charge to the original purchaser. All replaced parts become the property of SIC METALS (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.). Any freight transportation charge to or from the factory is the responsibility of purchaser and shall not be a part of the manufacturer’s warranty. (Any repairs other than by the factory will be paid only with prior approval from CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.). CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.) will not be responsible for consequential, incidental, accidental, special or indirect damages of any kind which may be incurred as a result of any defect in material or workmanship, including, but not limited to, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of income from use of said product, or in any way manufacturer will not be responsible for any fees incurred by purchaser relating to any warranted claims against manufacturer. The warranty shall be void where the unit has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, modification, accident or where repair parts or actual repairs have been supplied and/or performed without CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.) authorization. CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.) makes no warranty with respect to trade accessories (axles, tires, wheels, etc.). This includes labor charges involved with trade accessories. Loading in excess of gross vehicle load ratings stated on the certificate plate will invalidate any and all warranties. Damage caused by failure to check and torque lug nuts properly is not covered by warranty. Normal wear items will not be replaced due to wear (items include, but are not limited to, bearings, brakes, brake linings and hinges).Any damage caused by or attributed to any act of God whatsoever is not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. CARGOMAXXX (SIC Metals & Fabrication LLC.) warranty does not cover wear, deterioration and/or damage from road elements, salt, sand, weather conditions, and/or improper wash solvents.
The difference in CARGOMAXXX trailers versus our competitors is in the design, materials, and quality. We build our trailers with a pat pend. process that uses a "triple tongue" box tube design. Our frame rails are one continuous section where the competitors trailer is not. Other manufacturers weld their tongue to the "box" section of the trailer. In our opinion this creates a point for possible failure if not done correctly, by not using quality materials or by not having experienced welders and fabricators. We have repaired dozens of the competitions aluminum trailers in our factory that have had these issue. Many manufacturers use a single tongue feature on their trailers of this size, we use a triple tongue 2" x 4" industrial grade box tube aluminum to construct our frames. We put the same craftsmanship and quality in a small 4' x 6' utility trailer as we do in a 24' custom cargo trailer. In no way am I saying that all the other manufacturers build a bad trailer, I know we build trailers of a higher quality after being in the business for 15 years. Basically it comes down to one thing, quality of product. We believe our customers should get what they pay for and expect no less than that of any manufacturer. We have built our name on quality and will stand behind any trailer we have ever manufactured.
