Vanner RE-4500 Inverter Charger 240VAC 48VDC 4500 Watt Solar Wind Power Energy

Included is a Vanner RE-4500 AC Power Inverter/Charger for Grid Tied and Off Grid applications.  Recently acquired from a company that was going out of business.  He said it was used as display for customers to view.  Tested and works.  Test method: applied 240 volt utility AC power, utility light turns green; applied 48 volt battery DC power, battery light turns green; inverter light stays red; emergency load is on (simple light bulb); disconnect the utility to simulate a power failure and to get the inverter to supply the emergency load, the inverter light stays red and does not supply power.  The manual states that it needs to be programmed after initial startup - this probably explains why the inverter light stays red and does not supply the emergency load.  I tried programming the inverter but the software is for a previous Microsoft Windows that I do not have.  The original software, the computer cable, original sealed warranty card, new serial port computer adapter.  Sold as-is.
