Items are shipped directly from the warehouse, (No Local Pick Ups!). Items are in stock at time of listing but are offered to other retailers & occasionally go on back order or sell out. If for whatever reason your item is either sold out or on back order a full refund will be issued immediately. Please don't hesitate to ask us prior to ordering whether or not your item is in stock.
