If the product is damaged, defective, or falls under our 100% color guarantee for makeup, it can be returned within 30 days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.) or falls under our 100% color guarantee, we will provide free return shipping. If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply.

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an email confirmation will be sent. We are unable to ship Department of Transportation-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses. DOT-restricted items include aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, and shaving cream; products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals such as fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.
