Sales Tax
For shipments to Virginia addresses, we are required by State law to collect a 5% Sales Tax.

Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm or on a weekend will ship the following business day.
We combine shipping on every item we sell! Please click here to view all of our items.
International Buyers - Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included
in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers
responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the
delivering freight (shipping) company at delivery or when you pick the
item up - please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or
mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations
prohibit such behavior.
- Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of your item(s).

Customer Service
We know that part of a great online buying experience is fantastic customer service! That is why under normal circumstances, if you email us between Monday - Friday, we will normally respond within a couple of hours.
Returns
We want you to be happy with the items you buy, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges).
All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging. To return an item, simply contact us for a return authorization. You must include your invoice with your order for it to be processed quickly and efficiently. We recommend shipping your returns back via traceable, insured courier such as UPS or FedEx Ground.
All returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection before a refund is disbursed.
