NOTE - tips come with adapter piece so they can be used with the Titan/Wagner/Spraytech tip housings & also Graco's orange tip housing as seen in this photo. TIP DOES NOT INCLUDE GUARD. If you're not sure if this holder and tip will work with your guard, order one. We have those available in another auction or drop us an email.


See what is the biggest size your sprayer will use, we are not responsible for errors in selecting correct tips. The first number is the spray pattern (multiple by two)

The second number is the size of the hole

415 = 8" spray pattern, .015 orifice 


Choosing the correct airless paint spray tip for your application can be a confusing one. The paint manufacture will have recommendations for the max airless tip size usually listed on the bucket/can.

It's best to use a smaller airless tip size than the manufacture recommends. This allows the pump to work less and give you more control. An example would be a maximum tip size of 519, use a 517 instead. The product being sprayed will determine the airless spray tip size. Varnish and oil base enamels are light, or thin, coatings and exterior Acrylic/Latex paints are thicker and require larger tips.

Shipping Damages: We cannot control UPS damage. We handle claims immediately but cannot replace the unit until the damaged unit is returned with ALL the parts in the original condition.  Please don't rob parts. If you want a replacement unit shipped immediately, we ask that you call with your credit card information and once the damaged unit is returned, we will credit your card.

Local Item Pickup: All of our units can be picked up at our warehouse, and no, we don't charge a FEE for that. We'd be glad to meet you. We are located at 57 North US Route 42, near the Route 73 intersection, Waynesville OH 45068.
