Please follow these steps for a hassle free return: Call us: Please call us at 866.961.7781 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and request a Return Shipping Label. You can choose to have your return label emailed to you (a printer is required) or to receive it in the mail. Please note that your return will not be accepted without an RMA#.

• All Returns and Exchanges require prior authorization. Please apply for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by calling 866.961.7781. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
• Any product without an RMA#, with missing or damaged original contents, opened software, products with false claims of damage or working condition, or products that are not properly packaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Excessive wear and tear or damaged packaging may increase these restocking fees.
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.
• Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
No Return/Exchange On:
• Televisions
• Oversized product shipped via motor freight
• Opened car merchandise, including GPS
• Tablet, Notebook and Laptop PCs
• Unwrapped CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software
Policy: WWStereo does not accept returns on TVs. Every television we sell carries the full manufacturer's warranty. If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center. To locate the authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer.
Defective Returns: Eligible defective products may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. Defective products will be exchanged for the same model only. Defective products must be returned in the original box and with all included materials. The original UPC label must be intact.
Damaged or Lost Products: Damaged products should be refused upon delivery. Lost or damaged merchandise (not refused at delivery) claims must be made within 24 hours of the shipping company claiming delivery of the item(s). Please keep all packaging materials and paperwork for your shipment and damage claim and call us at 866.961.7781. If your item is in-stock and available a replacement will be sent.
Refusing Packages: In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways and restocking fees.
