• Domestic packages shipped via USPS. All First class and Priority packages come with tracking but are not insured. Your packages are NOT insured. If your package is lost in transit it is not our responsibility. No refunds will be issued for lost packages due to no insurance were purchased.
• Domestic packages shipped via FedEx come with a $99 insurance policy. If a package is lost and a claim has to be filed. We will contact FedEx and file a claim. Once the claim has been approved your money will be refunded.  
• PO Box's, FPO, APO, Alaska, Hawaii is ok for shipments and are only shipped USPS Priority and do come with tracking but no insurance will be purchased. 
• We try our best to get packages out same day or by the next day after payment is made.
• All PayPal payments must be paid and shipped to a confirmed address, no unconfirmed address allowed. Work address is acceptable, but company name, phone number is required. 
• Tracking information will be e-mailed after your product has shipped.
