THEY ARE CORRECT FOR YOUR 68-70. IF YOU ARE BUILDING SOMETHING CUSTOM AND LIKE THE LOOK OF THESE KNEE PADS BETTER THAN THE CORRECT ONES FOR THOSE YEARS. THEY SHOULD BE APPLIED WITH A VERY THIN LAYER OF SILICONE ADHESIVE.
