Terms Of Sale:

Please email with any questions prior to bidding. We will ship around the world; please contact us for shipping costs outside the U.S.  We do sell through other venues besides ebay, so we encourage you to check size/color availability prior to ordering as it is impossible to keep listings updated every day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• If we make a mistake, your part arrives damaged, or if the incorrect item is shipped, you will receive a 100% refund or we will exchange your item.
• If item is marked as CLOSEOUT, there are no returns.  All sales are final, no exceptions.
• Returns are discouraged; however, within 10 days of receipt of item purchased, you may return your item.  It must be received in the condition it was shipped with any tags, wrapping intact.  Returns without an exchange will result in a 25% restock fee, which will be deducted from your refund.  Shipping costs shall not be refunded.  See below for return/refund conditions.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex via our secure server; and PayPal payments via internet.
• Sales tax of 8.9% will be added to all items shipped within the state of Kansas or picked up at our retail store.
• All items will be shipped UPS/USPS. Shipping & handling is specified for all items sold on Ebay, and includes insurance. This shipping charge is NOT VALID for International Orders, Hawaii or Alaska; please contact us via email and we will let you know what your shipping costs are.

Shipping Details:

• Buyer pays fixed shipping costs. Please email with any questions prior to bidding.
• We do combine shipping on multiple items; a combined invoice will be sent via ebay prior to payment.
• We will ship around the world; please contact us for shipping costs outside the U.S.
• International customers, please note that import duties, taxes and/or charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges.  These charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.

Return/Refund Conditions:

• If item is marked CLOSEOUT, there are no returns; no exceptions.
• DON'T THROW ANYTHING AWAY!!! Returned items must be in NEW, UNDAMAGED and COMPLETE condition and must include all product tags, instructions, item packaging (box, bag, carton, etc.) and original packing materials (bubble wrap, foam peanuts, etc.). Used or dirty items cannot be accepted. If you wear it or use it, it is yours to keep.
• All items should be packed carefully and securely. If the original box was damaged you may have to purchase another box to return it in. We recommend our customers purchase shipping insurance to cover the full purchase price of the items, along with obtaining a tracking number to ensure your item can be traced if it is lost.  We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
• Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of the ebay page with all returns, along with detailed instructions for return/exchange.  Customer shall also pay for re-ship of exchange item, unless item was received damaged/non-working.
• E-mail the tracking number to rhonda@ozpowersports.com after you ship the package.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/returns if the product(s) are not received within 10 days of original purchase or are not in like new, saleable condition with all packaging and tags. Remember, we need to sell it to someone else like you!
