With our new, streamlined return policy, were confident that every step of your experience with Woodland Direct will be as easy as possible! Now, no restocking fees!

Simple Step-by-Step Returns Process
1. Contact the Customer Service Department to obtain an RA at 1-800-919-1904
2. Return the item(s) using the information on the RA that is emailed to you be sure to purchase shipping insurance (for your protection)!
3. Email tracking information to Customer Service
4. Once the item has been delivered, check your email in 14 business days for a credit or further information.

Returns must be made within 30 days, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.

Please follow the returns process listed above. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If an item is returned past 30 days after the date of delivery, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customers cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees may apply.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Please thoroughly inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Maintain the original packaging until you have determined that the product is satisfactory. In the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. At times, pictures of the damaged item may be required prior to determining a resolution. You must contact us within seven days from the date of delivery to report damaged or defective merchandise. After the seven-day period, the product cannot be reported as damaged and/or returned for exchange or refund.
Custom orders, due to their uniqueness, cannot be returned

Warranty. It is expressly acknowledged and agreed that Woodland Direct, Inc. is not a manufacturer of products. Any and all warranties provided for any products sold or distributed by Woodland Direct, Inc. shall be limited to those expressly provided by the manufacturer of those products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Woodland Direct, Inc. expressly disclaims any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, and whether arising by operation of law, course of dealing, usage, trade or otherwise, and expressly excludes and disclaims any and all implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. Woodland Direct, Inc. does not and shall not assume any liability whatsoever for use of, or defects which may be claimed in, any products sold or distributed by Woodland Direct, Inc. (the "Products") on woodlanddirect.com (the "Site"). With regard to communication with Woodland Direct, Inc.'s technical sales staff, it is agreed and acknowledged that Woodland Direct, Inc.'s technical sales staff is only provided to assist in the identification of the Products. Woodland Direct, Inc.'s technical sales staff does not and shall not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever relating to the installation or use of any Products. The customer is advised to seek the assistance of a qualified licensed installer to ensure the proper selection and installation of any of the Products and compliance with local codes and ordinances. Woodland Direct Inc. expressly disclaims and shall not be liable for any claims for damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred as a result of or otherwise caused by the installation or use of any of the Products. The customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Woodland Direct, Inc. and its employees, officers, directors, owners and agents, from and against any such claims for damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred as a result of, caused by or otherwise related to the installation or use of the any Products purchased by the customer.
