We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. As personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations, returns can only be accepted for personalised gifts if they are incorrect or faulty. Please make sure that the personalised details you submit when purchasing the gift are correct as we cannot accept returns for a mistake or spelling errors made by you. (New gift tags and cards can be made for an extra charge.) If the gift is faulty or a mistake has been made by us in the personalisation of the gift, an exchange or full refund will be offered, including your return postage. Refunds or exchanges will be given for non-personalised items on return of the item in its original packaging, within 7 working days of receipt of the purchase. Refunds will be given for the original selling price and postage and packaging. Return postage and packaging will be at your expense.
