To receive the discount, just follow these easy steps. Do not pay for your purchases until you have them all bought. If the shipping calculator does not provide the correct shipping charges, please CONTACT us and we will send a corrected invoice.
RESTRICTIONS:
We do not email installation codes, serial numbers or any other keys needed for software. All requests to do so will be refused. Ebay and Paypal require that we ship the item physically to you to be protected.
SHIPPING:
Items ship either same day or next day. In very rare occasions, items may take 2 days to ship, but only in extreme circumstances (electrical or internet outages, postal holidays, etc.) Shipments are made via USPS First Class mail unless size or weight prevents that. Typical delivery times for MOST orders is 5-6 days at the most. However, please understand that USPS can take longer on some deliveries and that is entirely out of our control. Larger orders will ship UPS, USPS, or any other means I deem appropriate.
BUYER RESTRICTIONS:
Buyers that receive delivery via United States Postal Service are welcome to buy from us. However, NO international bidders please! Time contraints and other restrictions prevent us from offering overseas shipping.
PAYMENT:
We only accept Paypal for payments.
Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. We do file Unpaid Item Claims if payment is not received in a timely manner. If you make a purchase that will take longer to pay for, CONTACT us and we will gladly wait. If you make a purchase and change your mind, please CONTACT us and we will gladly work with you to cancel the order.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
The cost of the shipping, typically $3.49 per item, is our average actual cost for postage, packaging, delivery confirmation and delivery to the post office. While some items ship for less that that cost, there are just as many that cost more. The price we charge for shipping is the same as Ebay's sister site, Half.com, and less than some other online sites by at least .50. We feel our shipping costs are reasonable and actually less than most sellers on Ebay. Please contact us if you feel otherwise.
