MM63 - All Steel Modular BioDiesel Processor Plans

The information will show you how to build a high quality industrial grade modular biodiesel processor using all steel materials for safety. This processor design will produce ASTM High Grade BioDiesel using commonly accepted commercial techniques and chemical formulas. 

Build the components you need to meet your fuel requirements. You can start with the basic processor and grow into an entire system!!

All this from a 20 year Industrial Process Engineer!

These construction plans completely eliminate any guess work or fancy math.

This is a "Small Farm"  sized unit.  Production capacity from 45 to 400 gallons per day. 

It should be noted that while it is possible, making 400 gallons a day in this sized processor is NOT practical.
If you need to make these larger volumes, contact us for a much larger system you can still build yourself.

This is a serious unit not a water heater or dangerous plastic tank.

The plans also include support to help make sure you are successful.  What kind of support?  We will hold your hand and walk you through the process if that's what it takes to make sure you do it right. We do this every day.
