TERMS AND CONDITION

Please read through all the conditions and ask all questions before placing
your bid. By placing your bid, you have agreed to have read and acknowledge
fully with the terms and condition.

If for any reason SalonCA needs to be in contact with you, we will be
contacting you via email or a phone call if a phone number is provided.
·
If merchandise is shipped to wrong address due to buyer's error, it is the
buyer's responsibility for all related re-shipping fee.
·
We reserves the right to not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or
consequential loss or damage injury due to direct or indirect usage of any
product including any malfunction from negligence or defect.
·
Cancellation of order while shipment is in progress is not permitted. No
exception.
·
SalonCA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at
any time without prior to notice.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
·
If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, SalonCA will replace or send
out replacement parts at our discretion. We must be contacted within 15 days
after delivery date for acknowledgement of damages; we will not be responsible
for replacement anything after 15 days.
· Returns: Accepted with 7 days

If in any circumstances, a return maybe accepted upon acknowledgment and
approval by SalonCA. All refunds are applied to the same method used in the
initial purchase.

All returns must be returned in its original packaging and in
original condition
·
All returns are evaluated and subject to a 25% restocking fee excluding original
shipping cost. We will open the box to ensure all parts are included and in
like-new condition
·
Buyers are responsible for all and related returning shipping cost.
WARRANTY
·
SalonCA warrant that all products sold will be brand new, free of damages
and defect upon delivery. It is intended to include all necessary parts and
pieces for standard use.
·
Despite our best efforts, a small number of mistakes may happen from time to
time. If a buyer receives merchandise that does not confirm to our warrant, the
buyer must complete a claim and provide supported evidence either written,
photographs or video.
·
All merchandise sold by SalonCA offers a 3 month limited warranty. Salon
chair base and pump offer a 1 year limited warranty. Warranty excludes normal
wear and tear and does not includes bulb, foam, glass parts, rubber pieces,
vinyl coverings, losses for inability to use or any installation of replacement
part.
·
Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser and date
only.
·
Replacement parts will be sent as a solution whenever possible.
·
Tampering, inappropriate use or any modification of product will void all
warranty.
·
