Returns: Returns cannot be processed without a completed Return Authorization Form (RAF). You do not need a Return Authorization number, but we do ask for a fully completed form. This saves us a lot of time when we process your return and we thank you for it. Typically a RAF will be included in your package. If it is not you can download a form: Return Authorization Form (pdf format) Defective Items: Cento will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact & be returned within 20 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the invoice & a completed return authorization form. There will be no re-stocking fee but please include $5 for return shipping. Refunds: Items returned for refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact & be returned within 20 days of purchase.
