Our items are sold "as described". We stand 100% behind what is written in our listings, and we guarantee all of our items against DOA unless otherwise mentioned in the description.
PLEASE NOTE: If you think an accessory should be with this item, and it is not pictured or not mentioned, it is NOT included.
We list a very large variety of items, and we do our best to describe our items as accurately as we can. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Our prices are not necessarily an indication of value. We list most of our items with a very low opening bid. If they sell low, then you just got a great C2 deal! We want you to be able to trust that what you see is what you get, and we want you to feel confident enough to come back to us for another awesome deal!
We photograph all of our items individually except when we occasionally list in quantity or sell new items. If the description does not say otherwise, the images displayed are of the actual item for sale.
We answer customer emails regularly during our normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm eastern). If you ask a question on a weekend or holiday, we will answer your question promptly on the following business day. Please allow at least 24 hours for a reply.
Returns are accepted and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee (or $10 minimum) and shipping fees will not be refunded for items purchased in error. However, if you receive your item, and it is significantly different than described, please contact us, and we will arrange for a full refund or product exchange. Regardless, all returns must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) of original delivery.
Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. If this is not possible, the item should be packed to meet the carrier's insurable packaging specifications. Typically this requires a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides.
Items listed as "refurbished" have been restored to their original working and cosmetic condition by us (C2 Auctions) here at our warehouse or by a team we directly contracted to do the work. These items are guaranteed to be fully functional and in excellent cosmetic condition.
Items that are sold "AS IS" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind.
We are happy to leave positive feedback as soon as your on-time payment clears, and we appreciate your positive feedback when your transaction is successful. Remember, we are always willing to work with you on any problems you may experience, so please contact us before considering a negative remark. If you are unfamiliar with the feedback system, please check out eBay's Feedback Policy.
Items that are not paid for within one week (7 days) of the auction closing date will be added back into our inventory. In addition, an eBay Non-Paying Bidder claim will be filed. Bidders who wish to cancel their order after auction close are subject to 10% restocking fee ($5) minimum.
We cannot guarantee calibrations and generally do not calibrate items ourselves.
The majority of our items are used/refurbished and therefore we cannot guarantee the life of any batteries. Batteries as the item being sold are the exception.
Any personal information a customer provides is used strictly for internal purposes. We will not, under any circumstances, divulge a customer's personal information to any company or individual that is not directly involved with C2 Auction's daily operations.
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
