PayPal is the preferred payment option

Payment is expected within 5 days of end of auction and/or I have sent you an invoice (per your request). I understand that sometimes unexpected things happen in life - and if you need a few extra days to get your payment to me, please let me know ASAP - otherwise I will have to relist the item.

If other arrangements for payment need to be made, please contact me PRIOR to the end of auction - so I can authorize the alternative payment mode.

Please include the name of the item & the auction # when corresponding to expedite the process.

I will ship your item(s) within 3 days of receipt of payment due to my work schedule. I utilize USPS for my shipping needs, as they pick up from my home daily.

If there is a need for an item to be returned, AND it is listed as a returnable item, I MUST be notified within 3 days. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item to me with ALL of the packing material and the item (as it arrived to you). It MUST be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. If insurance was purchased, it is the responsibility of the buyer to follow the protocols in place for USPS in order to get insurance reimbursement - reimbursement will be given when the USPS completes the process - please remember, this can take some time to get. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases - just let me know ahead of time.

I understand there are times when it is important to have a more expedient delivery; please let me know, and I can change the delivery to overnight (additional cost to the buyer).
